    • Compelling economics (25%+ IRR), with optimized structure  

    • Size Available - in the $5-50M range (preferably $10-20M)

    • Moat, i.e. defendable, competitive advantages

    • Strong Management 

    • Impact in aspects driving growth preferable

    • Exit or liquidity event clarity

  • Companies in Thematic SPV Baskets (e.g. renewables)

  • Special Situations

    • Unique risk-reward special situations 

    • Private Secondaries
