Qualified Person ($5M+), preference given to Institutional QPs ($50M+ AUM)
Actively Allocatingas an LP into funds or SPV sponsors
Family Offices who meet the QI criteria BUT engage in fundraising for SPVs or Funds may join at a discount, or free if a client (see Deal/Fund Onboarding).
GPs or Sponsors raising LP capital are NOT considered QIs but may be allowed to join if a client of 361Firm (see Deal/Fund Onboarding).
Funds of Funds are typically allowed depending on allocation activity.
